  1. No. It’s a no-points ticket, and the officer cut you a break.

    The way the PA system works (I live in PA) is the justice system tries to keep you on the road and driving so they can ticket you more. They can’t ticket you if you lose your license and insurance over points, so 99% of the tickets you get can be pled down to no-points or you’re simply issued no points tickets in lieu of a more severe ticket.
