Rear ended by a Brinks Security Truck and my car is totaled. Can i take any legal action against the company?
The truck was obviously speeding. I was stopped making a left turn, and he went right through me. My car was pushed about 100 ft. forward and into oncoming traffic. I have whiplash and some residual pain in my ribs and abdomen.

Technically yes, you could, but why would you want/need to? Their insurance should pay fair market value for your vehicle and their personal injury coverage should cover your medical bills. You would only need to sue if your medical bills exceeded their liability insurance limit.

You options are to bring the insurance company to court.

Absolutely, especially if there was negligence on behalf of the brinks driver which you have stated as so. Get a good attorney! You may end up with a good settlement.
