How many traffic fatalities occur in ideally safe driving conditions?

I've looked over a lot of statistics but couldn't find anything that combined all the unsafe factors in a traffic fatality. I'm trying to figure out how often people die in a traffic accident when they were wearing a seat belt, not impaired by alcohol, didn't have passengers, weren't breaking traffic laws, weren't on a motorcycle, not driving at night, etc (basically doing everything your drivers ed teacher told you to do).

  1. Look up the stats for rollover deaths. People who roll their SUVs usually have just one moment of inattention that results in death. I am sure they are thinking they are safe drivers and don’t have time to be surprised when one wheel drops in the dirt and yanks the steering wheel from their hands.
Something like 50% of traffic death occurs in about 20% of accidents due to rollover. They are single vehicle accidents, not collisions.
