Got rear-ended at traffic light by a car going 30 mphhit my head on car ceiling.how to ward off whiplash?Oknow
I heard when you wake up next day is when you hurt. Should i take advil and put ice on neck...i hope i'm okay tomorrow like i am today but i was hit pretty hard.

no way of knowing what tomorow will be but if you not hurting now i dont think it will be bad
