I got a DWI convication in Fort Worth, TX.?
I failed sobriety tests because i had a cut in my leg that did not allow me to walk really good. I do not have good balance to start off with, seeing that I am not in good shape, nor do i exercise often. I blew in breathlizer, and got a .03, which is below the .08 limit. I still did jail for one night, and got bailed out. Do you think i can countersue for attorney costs? which is almost 3000?

traffic violation?
i was caught for failing to stop at a stop sign limit line, and i didnt have my updated insurance information with me at the time. they sent me the amount i have to pay and it came up to be a whopping 879 dollars. since im only 19 and of course dont have that amount of money, what can i do? i was wondering if i can submit proof of insurance and get that dismmissed and then fight the limit line violation seperately, or do i have to fight them both at the same time, which i dont have the money to pay for for bail. whats the best way of handling this situation? violation codes are VC 22450(a) and VC 16028 (a).

Is it possible to get whiplash from a fender bender going less than 5 mph?
I take full responsibility. The gold car and I were in the median waiting for oncoming traffic to pass. When I saw a break in the traffic I hit the gas to go because I thought the gold car had gone… but I realized it hadn’t when I bumped the back of the gold car. My car has absolutely no damage…not even a scuff. I saw no damage on the other car… but I still gave her my insurance information and left. I did not get hers because I know it was my fault and because I had no damage.
NOW… I just received a call from my insurance co. saying she is complaining of whiplash and that she is sore. So would it be possible for her to have whiplash?

Would a new system of traffic violation fines work? I supply an example?
From my experience in county courts for petty traffic violations--all I see are honest people who are struggling to make ends meet and are being punished by over-zealous cops with fines that are rediculous. Going 5 miles over the speed limit is a $150 dollar fine plus motor vehicle and insurance surcharges (when its all said and done can udd up to $1,000 for going 5 miles over the speed limit.....some people have children who depend on them and aren't making enough to pay these fines. I think the fine should be proportional to the amount of the individual income. A rich person should pay $500 while a minimum wage worker should pay $50. Which is not any more different than how judges come up with setting bail for criminals.
simply stating that ...."if you don't break the rules-you don't get a ticket" does not apply here since most offenders don't know they are actually doing something wrong in the first place --which is stated that in in our federal statues cannot be a crime since the offender does not intellectually know they are commiting a crime in the first place.....right turn on red, what is the legal speed limit, switching lanes, one way, can all be honest mistakes that should not translate to either pay the ticket or your children will have nothing to eat for a week....why don't we have safer cars instead of SUV's roaming the streets...that should be a better alternative. Taken women off the road even......

Where can I find traffic fatality statistics country-country and state-by-state?
I believe there are fewer traffic fatalities/1 million people in the USA than in most countries in Europe.
